Think I'm going to be doing a fair bit of catchup stuff this week, though. But I plan to take tomorrow night off, as I've noticed I'm getting knackered easily on Monday nights recently, and trying to work through it is counter-productive. Hopefully this trend will be bucked by the couple of weeks' holiday I'll be taking soon, probably in September. Yes, must plan that this week, too!
So, yeah, tomorrow night I may simply dedicate to healthy cooking, as my healthy diet has been deteriorating recently, and I need to get back into the habit...
